主要职责:

1. 负责与货物操作有关的所有事宜；

2. 与公司其他部门和码头部门合作确保货物顺利作业；

3. 统计每周各艘作业船舶的进出口作业量；

4. 向中央配载中心提供特种积载货物申请，并在订舱及装船前得到批复；

5. 关注货物截关及与销售/客户沟通有关未放行货物情况，沟通处理超配情况下的部分货物退关工作；

6. 为供应商在SAP系统里输入对应工作的费用清单；

7. 确保提供给船方的特种货物清单（包括危险品；冷冻货；特种积载货）详细准确；

8. 与销售联系确认货物出口箱量预报情况，并提供货物出口箱量预报给中央配载中心；

9. 制作进出口装卸箱量汇总清单，并发送给相关部门；

10. 在船舶开航后，制作并发送出口装船确认清单给相关部门；

11. 确保中转货物顺利衔接最早船舶出运。

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all aspects relating to Cargo Operation.

2. Work with other teams and Terminal teams to ensure smooth cargo operation.

3. Prepare and provide an accumulative statistic of weekly lifting including both Inbound and Outbound by vessel.

4. Furnish special cargo application to CPU and ensure approval is granted before acceptance/loading of special cargo onboard.

5. Attend cargo closing and coordinate with Sales / CS pending cargo and coordinate shut outs in case vessel being overbooked.

6. Create and prepare work-orders in SAP for subcontractors.

7. Ensure all special (Dangerous, Reefer, U/C) cargo are supported by special cargo list to master.

8. Liaise with Sales/Marketing for cargo prospect & submit CBF to CPU.

9. Produce import/export discharge/loading summary & submit to parties concerned.

10. Send out loading confirmation to all parties concerned after vessel departure.

11. Ensure t/s cargo connected with first available vessel.

1. 大专及以上学历；

2. 4年相关工作经验；或应届毕业生，物流、国际贸易、采购及供应管理相关专业优先；

3. 海运行业工作经验优先;

4. 仓库检查和维修经验尤佳；

5. 良好的英语口语和书写能力，持有CET-4或相同水平的英语能力证书；

6. 熟练运用办公软件；

7. 良好的沟通能力，独立工作能力以及团队合作能力；

8. 积极乐观的工作态度，抗压能力强；

9. 配合工作需要愿意在工作日和周末加班。

Qualification:

1. Diploma or bachelor degree.

2. 4 years of relevant experience; or fresh graduate with major in logistics, international trade, purchasing and supply chain management or related is preferred.

3. Experience in the Maritime Industry is preferred.

4. Depot inspection and repair experience is an added advantage.

5. Good command of English both oral and written, CET-4 or equivalent English proficiency certificate.

6. Proficient in Microsoft office.

7. Able to communicate well, work independently as well as in team.

8. Positive and pleasant attitude.

9. Able to work under pressure.

10. Willing to work out of office hours and on weekends as required
